Haseen Dillruba is a 2021 thriller that portrays Rani (Tapsee Pannu) who ends up marrying Rishu (Vikrant Massey). However, it turns out to be a very unlikely pair. Two people with two extreme personalities. Rishu is always seen treading the linear path and is portrayed as innocent and shy. He doesn’t expect much from life and has turned out to be a great son. Rani, on the other hand, is vibrant and is always on the hunt for something challenging and thrilling. Complications in the marriage begin within the first few days itself. Rani is stubborn about her choices and possesses a rebellious attitude which doesn’t go well with her mother-in-law. The relationship between Rani and Rishu gets more complicated when Rishu’s cousin, Neel, comes into the picture. Rani is attracted towards Neel, which forces her to take some extreme steps.
